Here at Scissor Sisters I try to help my clients find solutions to whatever challenges they have with their hair, keeping in mind the health of their hair, how much time they have to spend on their hair and what style suits them. Many clients complain that their hair never gets long or is too thin. A simple solution is HaloCouture Extensions.

 

I use Halo Couture Extensions because they are made of 100% Remy human hair. What is Remy? It means that through the entire process of making extensions the hair remained root side up. Why is this important? The cuticles of the hair account for much of the healthy appearance and shine of each strand. The more chemicals put on the hair, the more the cuticles raise from their original down facing position. When the hair is flipped and made into extensions with some cuticles facing up and others facing down, the hair is less shiny and smooth. Remy hair doesn’t require product or heat to look great because of the process and quality of hair used. Unlike synthetic hair, heat and color can be applied if desired.

 

In addition to the great quality and attention given in the production process of HaloCouture Extensions, I believe that they are the best option for hair health sustainability. The extensions simply sit on your hair. They’re not glued or clamped onto your natural hair which inevitably causes hair loss. Wear them when you feel like it and take them off when you don’t. Step 1: Consultation

Book an appointment and we will sit down and discuss all the details. I will match your hair color to the Halo Couture color swatches, help you decide on a length (12”-24”) and show you exactly how easy it is to put them on. Consultation for extensions is $30 which will be applied towards the cost of the extensions. HaloCouture extensions start at $340 for 12 inches.

 

Step 2: Haircut (if necessary)

Once the extensions arrive, if you desire to cut layers into them, I can do so for you. The cost of a cut with extensions is $60. Cutting extensions is much different than a regular haircut because of the concentration of hair. Please do not attempt to cut your extensions not even after three glasses of wine. They don’t grow back! :)
